 Cut card base of Heavy Base Weight White to 9” x 6¼”.  Score and fold at 4½” to make an A6 card (4½” x 6¼”).  Cut Pretty In Pink CS to 4¼” x  5½”.  Cut Layering Weight White to 4” x 5¼”.  Emboss white panel with Sizzix Ornate Frames embossing folder in Cuttlebug. Stamp flowers from Bella Rosebud set with Memento Tuxedo Black onto embossed frame panel.  Color images with Copic markers. Add Stickles to small flowers. Accent flower image and frame with Rose Paper Pen.  Mount image panel on Pretty in Pink mat with Zip Dry Glue. Create bow from satin ribbon and adhere to image panel with Fabri-Tac as shown.  Finish with rows of “pearls” made with Rose Paper Pen. On inside, stamp sentiment from Wedding Sentiments with Memento Tuxedo Black.
