Spellbinders Fancy Tags Viva Decor Inka-Gold, Silver Viva Decor Silver Pearl Pen Love's In the Air Cuttlebug Set Tim Holtz Chip Block Sizzlit Die Chipboard Copic Markers: R24, R29, YG93, YG95, BG70, B000 Cut red cardstock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and fold in half.  Cut a piece of white cardstock 4" x 5 1/4".  Rub Silver Inka-Gold cream onto the white cardstock with a sponge applicator or your finger.  Cover entire piece of cardstock.  Run this piece through the Cuttlebug folder and then adhere to the card front.  Stamp the Scroll image onto white cardstock.  Color with Copic Markers and cut out the entire image.  Stamp the Scroll again onto another piece of cardstock and color the large rose only.  Cut out with the large rose with the Die and Pop up over the large rose on the first image.  Adhere onto the silver piece.  Cut out the 25 from chipboard using the Tim Holtz die.  Smear some of the Silver Inka-Gold over the numbers.  Adhere the numbers onto the scroll.  Stamp the sentiment onto another piece of white cardstock.  Trim with a paper trimmer and round the corners.  Cut out the rectangle fancy tag from a black pearlescent paper.  Adhere the sentiment onto the fancy tag, and the pop up onto the card, tucking it under the rose leaves.  Add some white accents onto the roses with a white gel pen and silver pearls to the tag with the Viva Decor Pearl Pen.
