584E Cherry Cluster
354806 Circle Nestie

I love this cherry image! I think it could be used for many occasions. Here I have matched it with this specific paper because of the message around the outside!! They are perfect for each other!I stamped the image on watercolor paper and it is colored with mostly twinkling H20's. It was cut out with my circle nestability.  I have added some distress crackle paint around the edges for more detail! I wanted to leave it rather simple as I didn't want to take away from the image. Finished card : 6x6

Products Used on This Card
HCPC 2274 Graceful Pansy2
HCPC 2254 Leafy Swirls
393389 Peony Nestie
376182 Labels 1 Nestie
393407 Lace Border Grand

For each flower I stamped two images for a total of four flowers on white cardstock, and cut them out using the matching Peony Nestabilities. The nice thing is the stamps match the die’s… so cutting them out was fast.  Color all flowers with Prismacolor Pencils listed below. Bottom flower: Cut around the large bottom petal, and continue up past the flower center. Second flower: Cut out the top petal completely.  Slide the rest of the flower up and under the large cut out petal of the first flower. After cutting and embossing the Classic Lace Border Grand, and Labels One die template from white cardstock, spray various colors of Glimmer Mist.  When I do torn corners like the one shown here, I like very thick cardstock so I can separate it.  So one piece of cardstock looks like two which is what happened here.  Take the Gold Leafing pen, and go around all edges, and smudge with your finger.  Color and cut out the leaves with scissors. The velvet ribbon used on this card is not quite that dark…  it’s a deep burgundy, not black.  No matter how I turned the card, it looked dark.  What you can’t see is the flowers are 3D. in real life they are really pretty, and I love the touches of gold.

Cardstock: Botanical Bliss/Sunshine Paper – My Mind’s Eye. Stamp Pads: Latte Ranger, Currant, Espresso Adirondack Dye Pads – Patina, Perfect Peach, Honey Dew Mist, Gingerbread – Glimmer Mist.

Misc.Spanish Orange, Burnt Ochre, Olive Green, Dark Green, Tuscan Red, Black – Prismacolor Pencils – Michael’s.  Kaiser Self Adhesive Pearls, May Arts Velvet Ribbon, Krylon Gold Leafing Pen.

As I have noticed about all your cards, they are beautiful. I have one question, when I was at the show in Allentown on 04/10-04/11 you had a card with a yellowbird sitting on a pine branch, I could not find that card here or online. My question is the striped paper at the bottom of the card, where might I buy that.
