Valentine, Bears, and Floral Cards  --  Posted: Wednesday, Dec 30 2009

Hi Everyone,
Christmas has come and gone, but it feels like some of the good food I ate is still lingering in the form of a couple added pounds, I've come to the conclusion that there is a reason New Year's comes after Christmas, you're able to renew those resolutions, and hit that old treadmill again, it's the thing you have a love/hate relationship with.... I have learned that I like to exercise before I hit the crop room, it really helps the creativity flow. Here's a suggestion, if you find yourself sitting there trying to create, (but you're pulling out your hair, maybe that's why there is a bald spot appearing...JK) go exercise for awhile . Down to business: Make sure you get our stamps ordered from the Retired Section or CLICK HERE, they will only be available until the 31st... so grab them before they are gone. God Bless and keep you and yours, Emma Lou

615E Thinking Bear
Dries Clear Glue
Metal Tip
Aztec Pee Wee Glitter

Stamp the "Thinking Bear" in black and heat emboss with detail clear. Color with Tombow markers and cut out. Take the Dries Clear glue with the metal tip attached and follow the inside of the heart and then sprinkle the gold glitter from the Aztec Pee Wee Glitter set over it. To cut the red heart, I used the method which I label "Eyeballing It" I laid my white heart doily on the red c.s. and then took my cascade range scissors and cut around the edge of the red c.s. (I know you think "Really") It can be done like that, with practice and patience. Add a ribbon to the top and 3-d the bear in the center.
