1282G Beary Cozy

This image is perfect for a layered paper tole technique, and was fun to color too. I stamped him 3 times (I think), and colored each layer with Neopiko markers and Prismacolor pencils. I've had the quilt paper for a while, and when I saw this image thought immediately of using the quilt paper - with all the pastels it makes a great gender-neutral baby card. I pierced around the edge at each printed stitch, just for fun. The buttons are attached with embroidery thread.

224D Large Pine
716D Snowflake Medley
1470B Classic Seasons
354802 Classic Oval
354803 Scalloped Oval

In this card I used the "Large Pine" stamp, sentiment "Christmas Greeting" and "Snowflake Medley" stamps. For this card, I stamped the two background trees in Whisper Sage ink from Inque Boutique. The focal image was inked up in Pine Green ink. Next, I cut it out with Classic Oval and Scalloped Oval Nestabilities. The background I made by using cream c.s. and stamping Snowflakes ("Snowflake Medley" background stamp). To finish the card, I added some edge punch from Martha Stewart, Ribbon, Gemstones, Glitter and piercings.

Then, I cut out the image and adhere to the background (used foam squares) on top of the sentiment "Love At Christmas". Next, I stamped a second time image and mittens, cut out and raise with foam tape for dimension. The background was made by using white c.s. and stamping "Snowy Winter Night" stamp. 718E M.C. Bouquet
354802 Classic Oval

I colored the stamp with Marvy LePlume markers & stamped on to water color paper.  I watercolored the image with the inks from the markers. After it's dry I used Nestabilities ovals to cut out, then applied glitter for the glitter effect. I cut out the Fleur De Lis pendant and used pop dots to attach the oval on top.  The designer paper is by "It takes two" and is cut into a 5 X 5 inch square.  I cut 4 strips of white cardstock (aprox. 2 inches X 6 inches) and punched border using the Fleur De Lis border punch by EK Success. I attatched the borders to the back of the square paper, then layered this on to a 6 X 6 square of red cardstock.  This perfectly fits the 6 X 6 frame!

Thank you for all the awesome card designs. They are the most elegant and detailed that I've seen. I received the stamps I ordered today from the Black Friday sale. I can't wait to use them!
